Starting out officially today, won't stop this time. Starting Weight:
-Bought new walking shoes yesterday.
-Took the dogs for a 45 minute walk/run this morning. Would have gone longer, but Kiona was starting to hang her head. We ran for probably 1/8 of the time.
-Convinced Dad to buy good tasting water, so that I drink just that and tea. Will stick with that this time.
